While the Parasites’ weapons are incredibly powerful, they do have weaknesses. When the Mantis Remote is obtained, all parasites will spawn at the Stone Ruins and make their way to the Jungle. After some time, the parasites will drop down and start moving toward the Hangar. While at the top, the Leech and Frog will stay idle while the Hornet will shoot at any players in sight. The Hornet will do the same two minutes later, followed by the Frog. He will walk towards the cliffside facing the Hangar and wait. When the Hangar is powered, after 5 minutes the Leech will first appear at the Stone Ruins. When either happens, the parasites are now free to roam the island and attack players or other enemies, though when the Hangar pump is activated they tend to have very specific movement patterns. The parasites can become active in one of two ways: by starting up the hangar fuel pump, or by obtaining the Mantis Remote. However, if you have not yet discovered the Parasite Armor Lost File (which can be found in the Lair, next to Hornet’s stasis chamber), you will be unable to sabotage said armors. Sabotaging the armors will remove their shield packs if they ever become active. Next to all three parasite's stasis chambers are parasite armors that can be sabotaged by clicking on them. Frog can be found in Gate 05 of the Facility.The Leech can be found in the gated-out region of the Dome.When the game starts, the parasites are suspended in glass containers spread across the island: It is considerably slower than the other two parasites. Its vest grants it an additional 100 health, and its shield pack an additional 600 health. Leech - Does not have a weapon, but summons a cloud of smoke and multiple frogspawns around him.There are a total of 3, each having a unique appearance, behavior, and weapon.
